Yep, that's me! I'm sorry I don't remember meeting you... there were lots offaces at rainbowfest.I misspoke in my original email- I do have some of the binaries (in fact Ihave copies of all the original disks), but they are on copy-protected disksand don't run on the current crop of emulators. Hence, I wanted to findpirate versions and just post those.Defendroid never got finished. The demand for it was so weak we just didn'tbother. A pity- we had some really cool compiled bitmap code that reallymade it fly.I do occasionally still talk to Dave, but he's kinda unreliable aboutresponding to email these days :-). We now live about 2000 miles apart, soit can be pretty hard to stay in touch.-Jeff----- Original Message -----From: "Curtis Boyle" To: "Distant Systems Staff" Sent: Sunday, August 04, 2002 11:15 AMSubject: Re: Coco games from Oblique Triad> > Distant Systems Staff wrote:> >> > Hi Curtis!> >> > I wrote the Oblique Triad coco games (see> > http://www.distantsystems.com/personal/jeff/coco.htm), and I'd like to> > release them for public consumption.> >> > Trouble is, I don't have any of the binaries!> >> > I've seen some screen shots of a few of my titles here and there that> > look like they were taken from an emulator running on the PC.
